2.- ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PROSTITUTION, SEX TRAFFICKING AND PAEDOPHILIA

The use of our Platform to in any way engage in, aid, abet or otherwise facilitate any act of prostitution (to prostitute oneself or a third party), child or adult sex trafficking or pedophilia is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

You hereby warrant that you are solely responsible for obtaining and keeping legally current all business licenses, certificates, registrations or any other documents or permits required by national, regional or local laws relating to you generating any revenue by taking advantage of any feature of your website, and that you are also solely responsible for the payment of taxes under applicable laws. You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate workers' compensation coverage or insurance for yourself and any of your employees.

You also warrant that you keep your business premises separate from those of Capital Nexus; that you keep all of your legal obligations relating to those premises current; and that you have purchased the equipment necessary to conduct your business yourself.

You, Model, will never be treated as or considered an employee of the Website for any purpose. Nothing in this Agreement or any other binding agreement between the parties shall constitute an employee-employer, principal-agent relationship or constitute a co-venture, joint venture, partnership or any other type of business association other than that of two independent contractors. Capital Nexus. shall not make any payments on behalf of or for the benefit of the Model and no part of the Model's earnings shall be subject to withholding by Capital Nexus, for payments related to Social Security, Medicare, FICA, VAT taxes, federal or national taxes, state taxes, local taxes, worker's compensation, unemployment insurance or premiums, or any other payments. The Model shall have no claim against Capital Nexus for any wages, holiday pay, sick leave, Social Security benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment benefits or any other benefits of any kind.

The Model is free and independent to create her own original content and to use whatever means and resources she chooses to develop her performances. The Model is also entirely free to decide when to engage in the provision of individual performances.

The Model accepts that she will rely solely on her own invention, imagination and talent when generating content, and that she alone will exercise her own artistic control over all elements of the performance.

The Model's freedom and independence of creation is of course conditional upon us or any third party not detecting a possible breach of this agreement, the Website Terms and Conditions or any legal regulation, in which case we shall be entitled to intervene, censor the content, terminate the account or take other necessary measures.

7.- Intellectual Property Rights

The formation, interpretation and performance of this Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by English law without regard to its conflicts or choice of law rules. The parties further agree to submit any dispute arising out of the performance or interpretation of this Agreement to the courts of the city of Manchester, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may be available to them.

12.- Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to change this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and the Services at any time at our discretion. When we do so, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We may also notify you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
